The only personal data we will share with third parties is basic contact information such as your phone number or email address. And we will only do this in response to a specific request and even then, only if we consider the third party has a legitimate need for that information.

How long we retain your data

We will retain basic contact details (name, address, phone numbers, email addresses etc) for as long as we consider it could be useful to the business. In practice, that is likely to mean indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
