BREEAM Assessments

We are suitably qualified to provide a full range of services in support of targeting BREEAM credits right through from pre-bid to completion.

Hea 05

• pre-bid / briefing stage design advice (note that this is now a pre-requisite for achieving the credit)
• environmental noise survey and design development guidance
• UKAS accredited final testing and reporting of sound insulation, ambient noise levels and reverberation times as required for each development type.

Pol 05

• environmental noise survey
• design guidance including 3D computer modelling and selection of attenuation measures where necessary
• final report demonstrating compliance

We are also able to provide the range of services required for any building being assessed under Hea 13 and Pol 8 (BREEAM 2008), or HW17, M24 and P13 (BREEAM 2006).
